Bridges to Opportunities is a free Enlace program designed to help newcomers, migrants, and farmworkers build the skills needed for stable employment. Participants can have access a variety of resources to support their career goals.

Job Training & Skill Development: Provides industry-recognized training and certifications that prepare participants for in-demand, well-paying jobs.

Career Pathways & Advancement: Creates clear pathways for job placement, career growth, and wage progression.

Employment Placement & Retention Support: Connects participants to employers and provides coaching to ensure long-term job success.

Barrier Reduction: Offers supportive services such as transportation assistance, childcare referrals, legal services, language access, and case management.

Income Stability & Financial Empowerment: Supports budgeting, financial literacy, and access to benefits, reducing reliance on emergency services.

Employer Partnerships: Builds relationships with local employers to align training with labor market needs and ensure job placement.

Who We Serve

The program serves Latinx migrants, newcomers, and farmworkers, including recent arrivals, immigrants, and U.S. citizens relocating from other states or territories, primarily in the City of Rochester and Monroe County.
