Outreach & Advocacy

Experienced outreach advocates support farmworkers, immigrants, migrants, and newcomers by providing advocacy and direct assistance.

Deliver Know Your Rights education on immigration, employment rights, and pesticide safety to empower workers to exercise their rights.

Organize community events such as health fairs, back-to-school supply giveaways, and holiday fiestas for children and families throughout the year.

Assist individuals experiencing emergencies with shelter, food, and other basic needs.

Direct Support

Experienced case managers provide comprehensive case management, connecting clients with agencies and organizations that best meet their needs (e.g., housing, healthcare, food, and other essential services).

Conduct needs assessments to identify and address immediate concerns and develop action plans to support clients as they settle into their communities.

Operate a bilingual hotline, available to offer information, resources, and support.
