When did Enlace begin offering immigration legal services?
In 2022, Enlace began providing direct legal representation to survivors of human trafficking. Since then, we have supported 173 individuals across Western NY and the Finger Lakes.

Who qualifies for the Immigration Unit?
We prioritize low to moderate-income families, including farmworkers, who are seeking immigration legal services.

What types of immigration cases do you handle?
We assist with petitions and applications including Asylum, Deferred Action, Employment Authorization, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), T and U Visas, Adjustment of Status, Family Petitions, Waivers, Naturalization, and more. We also provide pro se assistance for certain motions and filings.

Who provides oversight for the legal program?
Enlace’s immigration legal services are provided by DOJ-accredited staff. Oversight for the legal program is provided through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Legal Aid Society of Rochester, which offers case review and technical assistance.
